Facebook share

This feature helps you share your positive reviews on your Facebook page to increase branding marketing as well as boost sales cross media platforms. There are 3 features: Manual Sharing, Automated Sharing and Schedule sharing.

To enable this feature, please follow these instructions:

From the Dashboard, go to Integrations > Click on See all.

Click on Go to setting of Facebook sharing sub-section.

Connect to your Facebook account first > choose the page you want to share reviews to > all Facebook settings will show up:

There are 4 properties of a review post, each optionally shows. They are review_rating_emoji, review_rating, reviewer_name and review_body.
You can also reset posts to the default template or choose which property to show by clicking icons located to the right side of the template box.

If you have not chosen any specific page to share reviews, the setting will not show up and there is always a warning as below:

Manual Sharing#

You need to log in to your Facebook page first.
Go to Reviews > Choose one review you wanna share > click on the Share button:

Edit the caption

Click on “Share”.

Here is how it looks on a demo Facebook page:

You can only enable one of the two features at once: Automated Sharing or Schedule Sharing. For example: if you enable Automated Sharing, Schedule Sharing is automatically disable and vice versa.

Automated Sharing#

Here’s how you can set conditions to recurringly share reviews on your Facebook page:

Schedule Sharing#

This feature helps you schedule specific reviews to be shared at specific time.

Click on Schedule sharing tab.
Click on “Add schedule”

Then, you just need to pick the best reviews to schedule. You also find your reviews by sorting them by Ratings (from 1 to 5 stars), or Products.

Select the date & time you want to post the reviews on Facebook.

Shared reviews#

You can manage shared reviews here. There are 3 share types:

Manual: reviews that were shared manually will be categorized in this type
Automatic: reviews that were shared automatically will be categorized in this type
Scheduled: reviews that were shared by schedule will be categorized in this type
