Transfer reviews

This feature allows you to move reviews from products to products. It will be useful when you have products that variants of one product have their unique product URLs. This feature is available on Expert plan.

How to transfer reviews to a product

Step 1: Please go to Products > Target your original product > click on the horizontal dot icon > click on Copy reviews.

Step 2: Select the source product and target product > click on Copy reviews.

Please wait for several minutes to show copied reviews on your online store.

What is the difference between Sync reviews and Transfer reviews features?

Transfer reviews: You can manage reviews (e.g. change reviews status) of the source product but do not affect on reviews of the target product.

Sync reviews: In one group, once there is any change for reviews of one product, the change will be applied for all products.
