Delete reviews
1. Delete specific reviews#
From the sidebar, please go to the Reviews > Select a review or multiple reviews that you want to delete > A pop-up with additional options will appear at the bottom of the page.
Click on "..." symbol > Delete reviews.
Delete reviews for specific products#
- From the sidebar, please go to the Reviews.
- To delete multiple reviews for one or more products, filter the reviews based on the specific products you want to target.
- Click on Products > Select products.
- Choose your target products > Select.
- Follow the same steps as outlined in the "Delete specific reviews" process to remove the selected reviews for the filtered products.
Delete all reviews of a product#
- From the sidebar, please go to Product > Navigate to the product row and click on the "..." symbol > A list of options will be displayed > Select Delete reviews.
